End-to-end procurement for petroleum cargoes

We work for buyers who need a dependable supply of crude oil or refined products, and for sellers who want access to credible demand.

Who we work with

Buyers

Refiners, fuel distributors and industrial consumers who need a named product at a named port within a set window.

Sellers

Producers and suppliers with product to place, looking for buyers who can perform.

Service providers

Terminal operators, logistics partners and maritime service providers who store and move the cargo.

Five stages of the work

Each procurement runs in the same order. What changes is the product, the route and the parties.

  1. Sourcing

We identify suppliers able to deliver the product, volume and window the buyer has set, using our network and our reading of the market.

  2. Due diligence

We check who the counterparties are before they are introduced, so that neither side spends time on a party that cannot perform.

  3. Strategy and negotiation

We shape the approach to the client's commercial and operational aims and support the negotiation of price, terms and timing.

  4. Logistics coordination

We coordinate storage and transport with the operators who provide them, and keep seller, terminal, carrier and buyer on one schedule.

  5. Documentation

We track the documents the contract calls for, from inspection certificates to the bill of lading, until delivery is complete.

What a client gains

  • Lower counterparty risk. Parties are checked before terms are discussed.
  • Better cost control. Storage and shipping are planned with the purchase, not after it.
  • A dependable supply chain. One coordinator follows the cargo through every handover.
